Mag. Johannes Steidl, BSc. is working at the Bundessportakademie Innsbruck in the department of the Austrian mountain guide and skiing instructor education. He teaches at the university of Innsbruck (Department of sport science); his courses are in the area of alpine sports- at the moment EX ski touring. His primary role in the project is the development and evaluation of the new SkiEasy teaching curriculum.
He is also member of the training team Pädagogische Hochschule Tirol (department alpine ski and climbing education for teachers). Additionally, he is a member of the mountainguide training team SAAC (Snow and alpine awareness camps) and a member of the mountainguide training team Bergrettung Tirol (mountain rescue Tirol).
